What is life?

No one knows the answer to that question.

Some people say it's like a rollercoaster, while others describe it as a drama or even a movie.

But of course, life is far from perfect. It's far, far from it.

Despite its imperfections, it's still ineffable, somehow.

Confusing, really.

Once upon a time, there lived a girl named Amia. She had chest-length, wavy brown hair, green eyes, and an average height.

Nothing particularly striking about her, not particularly beautiful, but then again, not ugly either.

She lived her childhood like any other normal person. She had good parents, friends, average grades, and everything seemed to be fine. But then again, nothing was particularly bad, and nothing was particularly good either.

She felt confused. She was never satisfied, yet she was never ungrateful.

What she felt was indescribable.

Until she discovered her first passion at the age of 11: painting.

Painting became her first love.

When she watched an artist's hand move gracefully across the canvas, the way the paint glided, her eyes reflected the scene.

For others, watching someone paint might not be interesting, but for her, it was her favorite scene in the book of her life.

And it was a public statement, more than anything.

Because she would have her life documented here, in this book, and it would be read by many.
