Ryder, Katie, Jake, Carlos and the pups were camping behind the Lookout when Ryder told them a spooky story. He told them a tale of a phantom wolf, who's fur is coal black, who's eyes are glowing red, and who's teeth are sharper than the blade of a knife. The tale of course isn't real, right?
But when Ryder forgets his pup-pad outside, he goes out to the backyard to get it.
What happens when Ryder is ambushed by something and attacked badly? After Ryder is brought in the Lookout by his pups and friends, Marshall starts to give him medical attention. But what happens after an hour, when Ryder starts shivering out of control and starts losing his nerves?
Then on that same night, something happens and Ryder runs away for good. The next day, Ryder's friends and his pups don't find Ryder in his bedroom. He is nowhere to be found.
What will happen to the PAW Patrol when Ryder doesn't show up? Will the once mighty PAW Patrol crumble down until there is nothing left of it?
