Tony terror is in love with the brown eyed, 5 foot nothing and all out amazing Carter Chaos.
But here's the thing, Carter is gay. She makes exceptions and everyone knows Tony is one of those exceptions.
There's one more thing, Carter is 15 and Tony is 17, soon to be 18.
Carter also has had the biggest crush on Rikki for the longest time, but when Carter realizes that her and Danny are gonna stay a couple she goes for the tall, emo, 17 year old screamer.
