Juliet Monrose is seventeen years old, living in none other than New York City. She's a musician, and loves spending her time between the pages of books and music notes. Her younger sister, Ophelia, is a dancer. When Ophelia gets accepted to Summerlin Performing Arts Acadamy, the whole family goes to Summerlin for three months. There, Ophelia has the chance to perform in front of judges, who will then determine whether or not Ophelia can achieve her dream of dancing on Broadway and attending any real performing arts school in the future, fully paid for and admitted. But just before Ophelia is to start at her new school, she gets injured and won't be able to dance for almost the whole summer. Good thing her and Juliet are twins, right? Juliet, not knowing anything about dancing or the academy itself, takes on the role of her sister in secret. She moves into the academy, takes the classes, and starts to practice with Ophelia's new dance partner, who ends up being more troublesome than Juliet would've thought.
