Flidais "Dace" Rudra Esparza was raised in a very loving family. Her crucial years-her youth-were carefully nurtured by her parents, something many people could only envy. Both of her parents are doctors, as is her brother, and everyone expects her to follow the same path someday.

She lived a life that others described as if it came straight out of fiction: a loving family, wealth, talent, beauty, and a kind heart. Yet, despite having everything laid before her, she knew deep inside that she was being fake. She was happy with what she had, but also greedy-she wanted more. For a very long time, she kept this hidden. Her true dream was to become a professional archer, an athlete.

That very dream, buried deep in her heart, was effortlessly uncovered by someone-Quillion Silas Tres Reyes, a basketball player from Ridgeview University. He saw through her as if she were made of glass, as if she were being targeted nakedly.
