Farkas was waiting, anxiously pacing around Jorrvaskr while the others were pouring mead and wine into never-empty cups. He couldn't take part in the party, not while she was still out there. What if she needed help, what if she was wounded? There were so many unanswered questions that even the strongest alcohol couldn't drown his worry.
He couldn't do anything but glance to the door every second, so he waited. Patiently, expectantly for her return, an Amulet of Mara resting under his shirt, the smooth metal hot against his chest.
He was more than ready to ask her.
