It's strange how for a teenager to want to be alone and separate themselves from the world is what this generation has become.
Lexi-May is no different. With her father out of the picture and a childhood home that haunts her, Lexi can only find trust within a few people, her best friend Mia, her older brother Justin and her Mother. The only 3 people who hadn't left her...yet. You see even after all this time Lexi still fears that one day she'll wake up and they'll be gone, no reason and no goodbye, just vanished into thin air. One night Lexi experiences a strange dream about a mysterious boy, she doesn't know who he is or why she dreamt about him, all she knows is he may be the one person who finally understands her. But when her dreams suddenly become all too real, what will Lexi do? Will she hide and pretend it means nothing or help as best she can. (I'm really bad at these things but I promise I have an amazing story line planned out full of major plot twists)

That is, until Caleb remembers the reason that he tried to commit suicide in the first place, revealing a secret that shatters his new found confidence. As things at home begin to deteriorate too, Caleb’s situation goes from bad to worse. The only person who knows the truth, Dr Palmer, leaves him to stand on his own two feet, declaring him cured. He starts back at college full time, and becomes ever closer with Stephanie, the only person whom he feels that he can trust. When his own father attacks his mother, Caleb begins to think that the police are on to him, trying to unravel his past, thinking that they have realised what happened to cause him to try to commit suicide. However, they are just trying to build a case against his father. In desperation, Caleb tried to reach out to Dr Palmer, against the advice of his mother. As his life spirals out of control, Dr Palmer makes him realise that the only way he can carry on is to come clean and reveal his secret. Lexi has to find a way to complete the hardest, most emotional mission of her life whilst keeping the boys out of harm's way. Young love is cruel.
