I am a novice in the field of forensic medicine, somewhere between being a student and a doctor. I spent my last year trying to be a part of the forensic area, and my experience has been quite unique. I found myself at a crossroads, having to decide whether to fully embrace this as a career. That choice was shaped not only by the unwritten rules of our country, but also by the way some people around me could not understand what I was doing.
In these pages, I want to share my journey: my first encounters with a dead body, the emotions I felt when the phone rang for a CSI (crime scene investigation), and the remarkable people I met along the way.
This "book" is my space to express myself freely, without limitations, about a subject that has left a profound mark on me.

Hunted
*Completed* My name is Silver Jones, or at least it is now. I have been hiding in the witness protection program since I was a kid. I knew the rules. Stay quiet, stay invisible. If no one notices me, the less likely he will find me. But everything changes when I get to the small town of Hopesprings, Colorado. The town wasn't on a single map, so I guess my handlers thought it was the perfect place to hide. Everything goes unnoticed there, but that was until I learned the town's hidden secret. It wasn't on the map because it was built for the witness protection. This gave a whole new meaning to hiding in plain sight. I'm not the only one being hunted down. The government decided to round us all up and place us together. It almost seems like they wanted a bright red target on our heads. Now it is easier to be found. I know he's coming for me, but the question remains. Who will he bring with him? What happens when the town where everyone's hiding is found by their worst nightmares? ***** This book is selected as mature because of the violence depicted and the language used. Although it does depict much blood, it isn't overly described. If at any point, the graphics are too much, stop reading and message me about it. This novel does have spelling and grammar mistakes. This story is the first book I have ever uploaded to this site, and for those of you brave enough to read it, I applaud you. It really is horrible, like seriously bad. Unstoppable
The claws had emerged before I'd even realised, gently tearing their way through my skin, running their way through my arms and changing my body into the one thing I thought I'd hated, but I'd begun to love more than anything: a monster. ---------------------- High school. A place where children go to grow their minds and adapt to adulthood. Where nothing but popularity and grades matter. I was a weird kid. I still am, but that's besides the point. One day, I walked into the wrong class, and something went wrong. Turns out, Things got weirder and weirder. Suddenly, popularity and grades don't really matter anymore. Survival does. ---------------------- *Blood, gore, violent murders, etc. Do happen in this book. * *It is in no way linked to any sort of actual murders or shootings (no shootings happen in a school) that have or will happen. My thoughts and respect go out to all of the families affected to any of this, and the only reason this book was created is because my ideas are lack lustre at best.* *I try to keep every chapter limited to around 1000 words. It was gentle and soft, something I never expected from a guy like him. He moved his right hand from my cheek to my waist, tugging me against him, and molded our bodies together. A wave of electricity went down to my core when he licked my lips. "Open your mouth, Bella." His commanding husky voice against my lips jolted my heart, and I followed his order like a slave. With no control, a moan erupted from my throat as his tongue met mine. It was barely audible, but I knew he heard it when he smiled against my lips. He swept my hair from my face to my back and gathered them in his fist. He tugged my head back, deepening the kiss, and my heart thrashed in my chest. At that moment, I didn't need drugs to know what being high felt like because his lips were enough to send me on nine clouds. Just once and I was addicted to it. I'd written 'Unstoppable' before, but due to me rushing and the youth in my body, the book seemed to loop and never progress. I think the idea is fantastic, but the execution is poor. Anyways, Charlotte switched schools because her family had to move, so now she is known as the new girl, same goes for Charlie, the new guy. Charlotte meets this really nice guy, Nate. Nate has this best friend who is the biggest jerk in school, school's player, bad boy, Aiden Throns. Nate tells Aiden that he really likes Charlotte. Aiden and Nate are like brothers, I mean, Nate was adopted by Aiden's parents, so Aiden cares about him, like he is his biological brother. Aiden thinks that Charlotte is using Nate for his brain, because Nate is a super smart guy, knowing Charlotte, she had a brain tumor, so she isn't the brightest/smartest. Aiden will do anything for Nate, so he decides that he is going to make Charlotte fall in love with him. Does he accomplish that? Will she fall in love with him, the bad boy?
