I've broken men bigger than him. Stronger. But Adrian... he's soft, fragile-looking, and somehow, I want to cradle him while I destroy him.

She scares the hell out of me.
But it's not the knives or the vampire eyes or the way she can kill a man without blinking.
It's how she looks at me. Like I'm already naked. Like she knows the part of me that wants to kneel-wants to obey.
I hate that I want her to take control.
I hate that I want her to hurt me a little just to prove I can survive her.
But mostly...
I hate that when she whispers my name, soft and dark like a secret-
