Princess, soon to be Queen, Adelaide, is told by her father that, for the sake of time, reputation, and all things unfortunate, she must marry very soon into a Royal family. After many dates and rejections, Adelaide's life begins to spiral into a dangerous state, as the princes are now angry. That's when the vow of a family friend comes in handy, and she is assigned two knights. She keeps meeting princes of all kinds; however, Adelaide's heart doesn't seem to be in it. Is she doomed to marry a man she could never love?

"You ungrateful little -" "I'm sorry !" I yelled trying to stop the blood gushing from his body as best I could. "You did this on purpose! And for what?" His mother yelled , stalking closer. I gripped my hand over her's as I watched him gasp for air. "I didn't mean it." I said trying my best to get back to him , to help him. But she was too determined, too set in her ways to see that.
