Across the street,Across the silence

14 parts Complete

Michael has always been the popular guy at school, surrounded by his friends and effortlessly confident. He's used to attention - but there's one person who makes him nervous: Sari. She's new to the school, and though she's quickly become well-known, it's Michael who can't stop thinking about her. Their conversations are a blend of awkward silences and stolen glances, but every word feels like a battle against their shyness. Everything changes when they discover they live on the same street. The thought of seeing her every day should have brought them closer, but instead, it keeps them apart. Despite their undeniable chemistry, they can't break the barrier of shyness that surrounds them, especially with Michael's friends always pushing him toward her, teasing him about his growing interest. The eye contact is there, but words are a different story. Everything comes to a head at a party - where both Michael and Sari will have to face their feelings, and maybe, just maybe, take the first step toward something more than just awkward glances.
