Her mother gets sick and goes and the one taking place is Tsutako her eldest sister. Again disclaimer, me making Giyuu a woman has nothing to do with wanting to make a ship "straight" I see sanegiyuu gay asf but sometimes I want to change things up for a story and this is it. SO BE QUIET AND DON'T COMMENT SAYING THAT I AM DOING THAT WHEN I AM NOT. ALSO KYOGO IS BACK AND IS A NICE FATHER IN THIS BOOK. So Sanemi is apart one the biggest knight families in the empire. The Shinazugawa's, they are known for being dangrously strong and powerful. But their also looked down upon because they are deemed monsters. They live in a dark land, a shield all around that land so it does not escape and pour into the normal world. Monsters and great beast live on thier land and they are also known as the demons living in hell. The son Sanemi Shinazugawa was the oldest and lives with his father and younger siblings, he was known as cruel and cold and mean. But that didn't stop another Duke from throwing his daughter into the hell rings. The Tomioka's were very secretive, there were rumors that they were the living dead that walked the night, as where they lived, it was always night time. Sanemi's fiancé was rarely see out in public and when she was, she was covered by a long black viel and wearing a white mask that covered all of her face. Sanemi wasn't happy about the engagement but he decided to tolerate her and keep his distances for his family name but he learned of what she truely was and who she was behind that viel and mask and fell in love with her.Complete
A River of Emotions
Giyuu Tomioka never escaped from the clutches of insanity. Being dragged away by relatives of his that were doctors all because he insisted that his sister was slaughtered by demons, it was the truth, but over time as these doctors started to chip away at his mind he was left unsure of any reason demons would exist in a world. These doctors always tormented Giyuu even in his sleep to the point he became an emotionless being. Until he was saved by a woman. For the first time in years Giyuu actually felt something and instead of working on the opposing side of demons, he found himself working for a demon, she was kind and quiet, and almost emotionless in a way, she treated Giyuu like a normal human being but then she was recruited to help people who slayed demons, since she couldn't work in the sunlight, Giyuu was often sent in her stead when test were being ran during the day, there he met some people who were interesting, people's lives that were damaged by demons but they never seemed emotionless like him, it confused him made him wonder if he was always supposed to be like this, if there was a way he could have been different. As he wonders into his thoughts, he runs into someone, someone who looked severely damaged by the hands of demons on the outside but on the inside he seemed put together but a little degraded, he seemed to be intrigued by Giyuu and Giyuu wouldn't admit but he intrigued him. So Giyuu found himself being followed by this person and constantly annoyed by him that for the first time in years he felt emotions.Complete

trigger warning contains: grief depression self harm swearing ~after the deaths of his friend and sister, Giyuu drifts through each day, he's given up on life and hopes he can join Sabito and Tsutako, he barely sleeps, eat, and hides fresh wounds he refuses to explain. tho- Sanemi notices the empty bowls, dead eyes and bloody shirts and how weird giyuu has been acting lately. He keeps his distance from Giyuu, but one day he breaks the silence and asks Giyuu who brushes it off and walks away. But sanemi is able to talk to Giyuu, he tells sanemi everything but will sanemi be able to save him before its to late?
