Drums, Guns, And Dangerous War

This is a story that was originally written by me and a friend in the seventh grade. I discovered it again recently and decided I should rewrite it to make it better and more to my current standard. This is my first time writing a long form story like this.
Haunted by the war and the friend he lost, Steven returns home carrying secrets too heavy to speak aloud. In a place meant to mend broken minds, he meets someone who helps him believe in life beyond survival.
A story of trauma, love, and redemption, "Drums, Guns, And Dangerous War" shows that even in the darkest memories, hope can take root.

𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒
❞ ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ "Some loves heal. Some loves haunt. And some... refuse to die." ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ Major Siddharth Singh was never a good man. Not the kind poetry is written about. Not the kind mothers pray for. Not the kind women should love. He is stubborn. Ruthless. Dangerously loyal. The sort of man who would burn himself alive if duty demanded it and expect everyone else to understand even including her. ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ Captain Dr. Sakshi Choudhary never intended to love him. She intended to survive him. His arrogance. His recklessness. His impossible certainty that the world would bend before his will. Yet somewhere between military hospitals, field postings, unanswered calls and promises neither of them knew how to keep he became home. ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ Meanwhile Major Karan Rathore laughs too loudly. And Shrishti Bajwa loves too deeply. One hides every wound behind humour. The other pretends her heart is not breaking. Together they are chaos. Together they are comfort. Together they are the kind of love people envy without knowing what it cost. ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ But wars do not only happen at borders. Sometimes they happen inside marriages. Inside loyalty. Inside the spaces between truth and silence. And when a mission crosses into enemy territory one choice will change everything because some betrayals are real and some betrayals only look real but hearts break either way. ⋆｡˚ ☁︎ ˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆ This is a story of duty that demanded too much. Of love that forgave too littLengkap
Harwal, book 3
I'm the crew's problem solver-the one they send on the hardest jobs. To them, I'm fearless, strong, unshakable. But the truth? I'm a coward, hiding secrets I pray no one ever uncovers. Everyone knows I'm terrified of the Zohra, the horned aliens that send chills down my spine. Yet, in a reckless moment, I agree to stay with the crew-near them. But my personal fears don't matter when a bigger threat emerges, one that could destroy everything. The mission takes us to my hometown, to a hidden lab filled with memories I swore I'd never face. And worse? I'm stuck infiltrating it with Harwal-a Zohra who reminds me of the monster that's haunted me for years. Surviving the mission is one thing. Surviving him-and the way he makes me feel-is another.Lengkap![Three Letters, Painful Meaning: BYE. [COMPLETED ✔]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/214629157-256-k628825.jpg)
Three Letters, Painful Meaning: BYE. [COMPLETED ✔]
[COMPLETED] Note: under editing! Love, memories, and pain. Those three words sometimes are the meaning of a relationship. The love you have for each other. The memories you make together and the pain you felt in any problems you encounter alone... or together. Pain in a relationship is unexpected, you don't know when will it come.. when will it happen, and what will be the cause. Sometimes, battles are the cause of pain in a relationship. In this world full of battles, Love is the most powerful weapon. But what if love makes you the weakest person on the battlefield, will you still fight? Will you continue? What if the one that you love left you in a world full of struggles and battles? Can you still face the battlefield and move forward? Can you still fight, without love? Warning!: {involves curses, grammatical errors and incorrect spellings! I wrote this back in 2020, and by that time I wasn't really good in creating such story. Thus, this story might be beyond your expectations.} Started: January 15, 2020 Ended: September 28, 2020Lengkap
"Almost Green"
Strands of your mind cling together like web to a slippery leaf bathed in the morning dew. You have seen both heaven and hell, witnessed the atrocities of war firsthand, and imagined a better life in the deepest, most intimate corners of your dreaming spirit. The wishes for peace and certainty you have once so desperately longed for, now lay trampled underneath the might of your mind's vivid horrors. What was once so bright and lively, now cowers in fear, clinging to gone memories like a shipwreck survivor to some lowly piece of driftwood. From the depths of hell, you arrived victorious, grasping the laurel wreath high above your head. Unrecognizable, with your empty eyes telling a story of innocence brutally taken away from the child curling in shame in the depths of your empty soul. Almost green you are, curly head, having grown up with a rifle by your bedside table, never knowing peace and quiet. Out of the pan that was the Kazdel Civil War and into the scorching flames of Lungmen, where life flows by on its own accord, here, you must learn to live once more. So put on your best facade, Let the reuniting trumpets ring a wild, And allow the city to swallow you whole. Here we are, a continuation of my previous work "Goodbye Curly Head", which sprawled into quite the epistle (but it wasn't really a letter, it's just long :P). Summarized in the most basic way possible, it's a story about a twenty-year-old Kazdel Civil War veteran who goes to Lungmen and has some troubles acclimating to the steady life presented before him. Sprinkle in a too-good-to-be-true offer and a freshly established logistics company, and you get Andy trying to make it big for as long as his deteriorating mental state lets him. I'd say it works as a standalone story for anyone who doesn't want to bother reading the first part. For now, at least. As always, please, pwwease leave a comment, positive, negative, I LOOOVE reading and replying to comments!!Lengkap

Cynical Souls
COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. This is the type of love you wish you found in high school but probably know way too well that it only exists as fiction. Today I'm turning my fiction to reality. ❣️•••❣️ Excerpt: Just as I was about to seek shelter under some building's roof, the tires of a car come to a halt, I wonder who might pity the lonely girl walking in the rain. The passenger window rolls down, and I spot the most unexpected person seated behind the wheel. "Get in" comes out his voice, and I must've stood there agape for a few moments because next comes his rhetorical question. "Are you getting in or continuing walking in the rain?" Eyebrows raised expectantly. He sounds annoyed, like he regrets his decision to ever stop and help me. ❣️•••❣️ #5 in cynical #2 in loveandfriendship #1 in opinionated #4 in ihatelife #10 in nerdgirl #10 in HighschoolRomance #26 in GoodGirlBadBoy *contains mature themes. *contains cursing.Lengkap

So when Braden, a friends boyfriends cocky, charming best friend, makes it clear he's only in it for fun, Sloane agrees. It's safe. Easy. Exactly what she needs. Until it isn't. Because somewhere between the stolen looks, mind-blowing sex and late-night banter, Sloane starts to want more. And without realizing it, so does Braden. But Braden has ghosts that won't stay buried. And when the girl he once claimed to love whispers a lie that cuts too deep, he doesn't just believe it-he uses it to break Sloane in the cruelest way. By the time the truth comes out, Sloane's heart is in ruins, and Braden's the one left bleeding. He never meant to fall for her. He never meant to lose her, either. Now he's ready to fight for the only woman he's ever really loved. But some promises can't be undone. And Sloane might be the one thing Braden can't win back.Lengkap
