Jake moves into a new apartment, craving a fresh start. Next door lives a girl, he's only seen once... Fleetingly, from behind, when she opened her curtains to toss something out of the window.

Since then, her curtains have stayed shut tight, and she's become an enigma.

One morning, when Jake was coming back from the store, he smells smoke, and notices there's a fire in the neighbours apartment. Rushing to help, he breaks into her apartment and rescues her, finally coming face-to-face with the mysterious neighbor.

But she's not just hiding from the world; she's running from something dangerous.
