Alli is the little sister of Raylan Givens who also was lucky enough to get out of Harlan County by going into the Army and being a K-9 specialist which she met a sniper named Tim Gutterson. The two of them were best friends and actually more and by more the two were sleeping with each other. When the two got out they lost contact with each other Alli went to Miami for a bit to try to recover with her brother as a US Marshall but couldn't do it, so she went back to Lexington Kentucky as they were looking for an opening as a K-9 officer. When Alli gets there, she sees an old friend, Tim, the two of them reconnect and it was like they were never apart they went back to what they were doing before but what happens when her brother reassigned to Kentucky and works alongside his sister once again.
