When his enemy, Sirus is finally cornered in a remote location, Captain Freedom races for one last showdown with his nemesis. But Sirus has plans for Captain Freedom and a secret that will forever change the world he lives in.

Gotham City: the definition of crime. The mob, gangs, and organized crime had dominated the streets. The police are mere annoyances to the law breakers in the town, as they have not had Gotham in control for decades. That is until a hero arrives. Or rather, a vigilante.
