Billionaire playboy, Daniel Mcadams has led a double life has a CEO of a multi billion corporation and a crime fighting vigilante at night. He has kept the streets of Delta City safe for over a decade. His greatest enemy, the crimelord Sirus has been a thorn in his side since he took the mantle as Captain Freedom.
When his enemy, Sirus is finally cornered in a remote location, Captain Freedom races for one last showdown with his nemesis. But Sirus has plans for Captain Freedom and a secret that will forever change the world he lives in.

The publicity and pressure that comes with being a superhero would be too much to handle right now. But it's hard to fly under the radar, when you can literally fly. Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. Gotham City: the definition of crime. The mob, gangs, and organized crime had dominated the streets. The police are mere annoyances to the law breakers in the town, as they have not had Gotham in control for decades. That is until a hero arrives. Or rather, a vigilante. Bruce Wayne is a billionaire who has personally seen and lost so much of the crime in this city, having had his parents murdered in front of him as a child. The silence of the night made it seem as if someone breathing too loud could make the silence shatter into a million pieces. My voice was no exception, and I was terrified that if I spoke to loud, even one word, the it would shatter, along with everything in the room. The silence seemed to make my voice feel smaller than it was, so when I finally heard his footsteps again, it shocked me to hear how loud and distinctive each one was, as if the silence broke just for him. As if he ruled the silence. It's as if he didn't even view the silence as fragile, but a force that he had to over come. The Path to Hell
The world is a dangerous place. Men and women with power that leaves the world and all the insignificant lives upon it at their mercy. Many choose to exercise that power for selfish means, but a small group, a fraction of them; chose to use their power to defend the weak. They are the heroes of this world, the ones who risk their lives and sacrifice everything they are just to protect those that cannot protect themselves from the villains who would take everything from them. Yet even these heroes, are flawed. They are not perfect despite their image of such. They are not all-powerful despite their actions speaking to the contrary. They make mistakes, allow emotion to cloud their judgement, and allow pride to stay their hand. Villains are not born, they are made and often, they are made by the very heroes who fight to defend this world. These villains, in turn, make the heroes who fight them. A constant cycle that seems to have no end in sight, but ultimately, there is always something that changes. The world is never predictable, never simple, and always changes. Outliers and anomalies have come about many a time in the course of this cycle, but from this cycle, one rises that was different to the rest. He breaks the cycle and wades through the world of heroes and villains, forged by his actions and the actions of those around him. His goals are simple, and the steps he takes to reach them are long and arduous. Each one is a struggle, but one that brings him ever closer to the end. However, often, the road to hell is paved with good intentions and as his journey progresses, the world suffers the consequences.

In 2123, being a Pro Hero is the dream for a majority of the world. Who wouldn't want to get paid to save hot girls AND be a celebrity? Leo Lambert, that's who. Sure, he's got a Gift, and yeah, he's got a knack for saving people. But Leo would rather keep his head down and mouth running than play nice for the press. It's too bad for him that his instincts don't believe in having an easy life. After being (illegally?) drafted by an Underground Pro, he's neck-deep in a conspiracy no one wants to talk about; chasing down missing kids while the people in charge look the other way. His mentor is hiding something, and the villains are hiding in plain sight. Bruce Wayne might be the richest man in Gotham, but he's no longer the richest person. No, that title belongs to Sandra Feng: CEO of Feng Corporate, self-made billionaire and the newest face in town. An infamously ruthless businesswoman who holds her secrets in a vice-like grip, a thick veil of mysteries and rumors surround Sandra and her family - one that all of Gotham's upper-class want to pull away, revealing the reason behind the Fengs' move to the city. Everyone knows that when you want to infiltrate a fortress, you choose the weakest spot. So, it seems only natural that seventeen-year-old Faye Feng is under attack by the children of her parents' rivals. But to her classmates' dismay, she's more like her mother than they thought: Smart, quick and unrelentingly snide. Regardless, she's bound to slip up, and Bruce Wayne wants to be the first to know when she does, so who better to catch the early worm than the robin himself? At first, Richard 'Dick' Grayson's not so keen on manipulating a girl that he finds extremely pretty, but he's always up for a challenge, and there's no bigger challenge than Faye Feng. However, the stakes get higher when criminal activity spikes to be the worst Gotham City's seen in a decade, with a particular taste for murder amongst the wealthy. The Fengs' arrival seems to have brought an influx of crime, and you don't have to be the world's best detective to figure out that it's not a coincidence, but whether they're behind it all, or are fated to be the latest victims remains to be seen. So, if Batman and Robin want to keep their city safe, they'd better hurry, because the clock is ticking, and cracking the mystery of the Fengs is the only thing that'll make it stop. --- 'I will love you until the world ends.' ---Complete
