Wednesday Addams is a 16-year-old girl who grew up rejecting the feeling of emotions. She is a daughter of wealthy family, she never lacked anything, except tenderness and warmth. Her parents raised her to be a strong, independent and perfectly cool person. Over the years, Wednesday convinced herself that she would never fall in love or need anyone. This has made her emotionally unavailable, antisocial and closed in her own world. She is convinced that she is incapable of feeling emotions, and yet she is the only one who notices Tyler's suffering. Tyler Galpin is a 17-year-old poor boy who lost his mother at the age of 3. Her death is a dark secret that his father hides. Sheriff Galpin never accepted what had happened and since the death of his wife he has become a cold, absent man, working all day. He neglected his son, who grew up fighting for his father's attention and love, but always felt like an unwanted burden. Tyler is deeply hurt, too sensitive for this world.
