I was inspired to write my own Ashley Graves x Male Reader story.
I am fearful.
I'm not sure how good this will be, because Ashley is a bit of a hard character to write. If anybody has tips or ideas for me, they are very much appreciated. I plan to extend this a good way past the story of the actual game (assuming I can actually commit to it for that long), so I guess we'll see how that goes.
Bear with me, I guess.

"I don't know about you, but it drives me crazy that these characters, no matter how hard they try, always meet tragic ends. That's why I wrote this story with the intention of giving them a chance at happiness. To achieve that, of course, they'll be a little out of character (I think I'm writing the least 'Rene' Rene of all the alternate universes, but oh well). I hope you like it! Hunger was the only thing inside that apartment. Real hunger. The kind that twists your stomach and leaves the pantry echoing and empty. We had nothing. No bread, no rice, no miracle waiting to appear out of nowhere. I joked that I could just eat the neighbor. Ha. A desperate attempt to lighten the mood. My brothers, however, took it a little too seriously... and I, like an idiot, went along with it. Now I can only hope our sins aren't discovered too soon. I don't know why I keep writing stories, but here's another XD I know, another gang type story, but what can I say? It gives me the most ideas cause... well.. anything can happen :P I walk through the fog, pretending to be a badass. Well, I wish I could. I, unfortunately, haven't got time to just have my own fun. What's better than being alone and locked away in quarantine inside your apartment? Almost everything when you realize this isn't a TV show or any of the books you've read. You've spent countless time alone now with your only interactions with your fellow human-beings are either being through your front door or by watching them stroll by your front window on the third story of your apartment. Life in the mundane somehow seemed more attractive than this, but now that you've living a day-to-day boring survival life style, you've found yourself longing basic human interaction above all else... Well, maybe not above a sandwich or cheese pizza. Things take a turn when you start interacting with your upstairs neighbors- whom you thought were either evacuated or simply not there. You could only relay on hazy memories of the family, much of which revolved around the family's daughter... Ashley Graves, the weird, loud, and kind annoying one. Hard to forget. [Oh, hey. I didn't create any of the characters presented in this fanfiction besides the words provided, and the shift from the original story.]
