The book you hold, The Dream Breakers, was born at the very intersection of these two worlds, in the echoes of that question. This universe, which initially sprouted in my mind as five separate stories, eventually found its own path, merging into a single, powerful narrative. This book tells the story of a 'Gamer,' torn from a past filled with virtual victories, thrown to rock bottom in life, and his breathtaking journey from there to the summit.
It is no coincidence that this story excites me so much. Because once, I was inside that game. Just like the hero of this book, and perhaps many of you, I refused to be confined to the single role life offered, building new identities for myself out of pixels.
Sometimes I was an assassin lurking in the shadows. Sometimes a sniper holding my breath behind a hill. And sometimes, a rebellious god of war climbing to the peak of Mount Olympus.
That is why I am certain that within the pages of The Dream Breakers, you will find your own reflections, your own victories, and most importantly, the strength to begin again.
