𝐻.𝐼.𝑀 Pre-writes a clear message to the inspiration for his highly-anticipated 7th piece, 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘐𝘐. Having successfully penned some #1's under his belt (𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘋𝘢𝘺𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮.) the author redirects his imaginative story telling abilities on a sequel of his first anthology piece, 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴. Like the last edition, you'll see 𝘏.𝘐.𝘔 take account on another 4 stories he deems "are too complicated to talk about." But yet and still, the author endures and seeks out retribution in the end of some of these stories, and then sometimes not. His originative pen work shines on "butterFLy" Much like the titular creature, watching a person you love spread their wings and take flight forever was enough to inspire the author to create such a word trembling story about a relationship unknowingly on its last wing. Stories like "The LeTTers I Left." & the novel's opening impression "shATTERed" reveal a different view of the author from what your normally use to. "shATTERed" Is, as its title proceeds, a true emotional story of a childhood friend rendered to the core by life at home, suicidal thoughts and the hardships she faced in her school life all boiling together. "I wanted 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘐𝘐 to be completely different from the first one. Its wordplay, its messages, its emotions. I want to show you all some of the things I've seen with these eyes of mine. The innocent, the beauty, the horror, the guilt. I've seen things you've only read in books. Words Fail (A Poem Collection)
Teenage life is full of drama, in a moment we feel we're on cloud nine then in a blink of an eye we're down rock bottom. This phase is a treacherous journey, a dwindling mercurial high, which somehow leads us to two roads, either we will find ourselves or lost a part of it. It's thrilling yet scary for we feel happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time. Words failed me in matters of the heart, so instead I wrote all my bottled up mix of emotions of love, hate, jealousy, fondness, passion, and epiphany. Writing these poems gave a whole new perspective of what love means to me, back then I was so repulsed by the idea of unriquitted love for it was happening to me at that moment. I didn't knew how to handle the unsettling feeling of knowing that I'm being rejected even though he didn't even said a single word about it yet. My notes app became my therapist that time, typing unspoken words I wished I've said while getting lost in my own thoughts. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲 "𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲" 𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆. Just like 𝘂𝘀. '𝘂𝘀' did exist in the past. But an idea of '𝘂𝘀' to me, at least, will remain imaginary. Why? Because I screwed up. I hurt Jimin. And there's no way I could take my actions back. It is too late to regret. Heck, it's been years. And I'm in a country far away from Korea, where Jimin is. I've gotten accustomed to my life in Santiago De Chile. I've accepted my life, that I'd have to work hard to get by and provide for myself. I learnt how to live with the nagging regret at the back of my mind and to pull through day by day. And I expected none of these to change. I expected to continue this very life until I grow old, adopt ten dogs and then die. Clearly, life had other plans. One morning I'm going about my business as per usual, and then within a span of hours, I meet Jimin again after a whole seven years, get fired from my job and realise that I will be kicked out of my apartment.
