Meet Kazuki, an average guy, stumbles upon Sachiko from his class, a girl whose emotions expressed in the forms like rainbows, downpours, weird behavior of animals , or even as earthquake. Which can cause hundreds of deaths.
After learning this from an angel, Kazuki now have a mission to keep her Happy and avoid deaths until any solution comes up. Even though He have crush on
other girl, he have to befriend and keep her away from negative feelings
, maybe by improving her academic life, maybe by solving her personal issues etc.

The God for some reason decided to merge the reality and natural powers with the feelings and emotions of the girl who's living a hard sad life, and that girl is Sachiko Igarashi.
To get a clear image, if she felts sad or experience any negative emotion, then there surely will be a fatal downpour or earthquake and it definitely takes lives.
Her positive emotions don't have much power or impact as compared to impact by her negative feelings .
Surprisingly even Sachiko have no idea about this, she have no clue that her negative emotions are killing people.
But here's the twist, Sachiko lives a very sad life, her real mother died, she's been mistreated by step sister, being bullied, not a good scoring student, not an athlete, have quarrelling step parents and what not.
