The ability uses the dragon ability and can transform into a dragon in four stages. He wasn't sealed, but he was mediating with the help of Saint Peter's coven. When the original vampire Klaus and his siblings met him and the coven. They explore the lands, but the leader of the vampire coven wants the sword, shield, and their keys away, the reason the Blacktide and raging strom coven want it for power so they agree to it.
