Henry David Thoreau is innocently taking a lovely walk in the winter forest when he meets an unnerving person. Saying only a few words, this person takes him around to different times and places and shows him something that will change the way he thinks about reality, the way he views the source of truth.

(Written for my teacher, Mr. Hoffelmeyer, who greatly dislikes Thoreau. This was my attempt to reconcile him.)
