( ౨ৎ Thea Alexander has been stuck living in the same loop her entire life, from as early as she could remember it had always been the same day, repeated in the span of 10 years. it works in her favor- consistancy, studying. sleeping and calling her friend, the ocassional rare coffee date that seemed to only decrease as time went on

This year, she aims to be valedictorian. but just as all the work she'd paid her entire life to blows up in her face, a certain boy with a natural knack of physics, and bruised knuckles, perhaps there was more to life than just aiming and surviving the day, perhaps the years would be more than a countdown till she's off to a Ivy League.

Maybe, just maybe- studying was the least intresting thing part about her⠀

Nate Asher was a lot of things, a delinquent, a "devil" as his father would so eloquently put it, not like many would disagree- he didnt care much, not of his future, not of himself, and definitely not looking to care for the girl with big brown eyes who'd walk all the way to his neighborhood because he forgot his notes and had a important test the next day. he didnt expect to be good at physics, or that it was maybe her reassuring face while he'd answer a particularly hard question with ease.

it was stupid. until it wasnt.

and suddenly those same eyes he found himself lost in, the presence that was forced on them suddenly his solitude, but he was not so selfish to destroy her of her dreams as he did to his own٭ ; )
