Benedict arrived on campus with a single goal -- be an engineer, like his dad. All he wants is an uncomplicated life, excel in school, graduate with honors, if possible.
On his first night on campus, he meets his roommate, Sebastian who he hit off right away, and Alba, Sebastian's best friend. Almost in an instant, he knew that Alba is a force to reckon with. But he kept his feelings locked up, not wanting to ruin the blossoming friendship between them. Benedict's dad, however, reminded him that education doesn't just happen in the classroom, and chemistry is not just a subject.
As their friendship deepened, they discover things about each other that only drew them closer. But as tragedy strikes and ghosts of the past start catching up, will their friendship hold true? Will it pull them apart? Or will it make way for something more?
