Context for chapters such as "Elliot my darling", I headcanon Elliot as a trans man who is on testosterone and had top surgery. Elliot has a skin picking tick, 007n7 and Elliot are the "mom" friends of the survivors. 226w6 and 11808 are the same age as 007n7. The Spectre supplies testosterone for Two Time and Elliot. When forsakened, the Spectre made a clone just like Elliot who is in the real world. (This is canon I believe, correct me if I'm wrong.)
