SINNER

In a medieval England inspired landscape, a young woman named Ira lives unnoticed within the northern village of Abberwick, a series of visions distorting her understanding of the world and herself. Haunted by memories and guided by a figure called Maren, Ira abandons her village life and drifts into the path of The Order, a roaming band of zealots led by the charismatic and ruthless Alaric. The Order forces their way across the land in pursuit of a "purification," leaving behind destroyed churches and stolen lives, but beyond kings and religion, there is something bigger: Cyr, a sadistic advisor and jester to the king whose fascination with The Order aims to break everything they believe in.

NOTE: This is the first draft of a novel-length project, so it will be rough and have unpolished prose as I am discovering the story all while writing it. I am sharing the project here before taking it through professional editing and formal publication.
