This is the secondary story of The Extirpation. It follows a girl named Tovelline, Tov for short, and takes place 277 years after the apocalypse. Tov will face obstacles around sexism and tyranny before she leaves her settlement in search of a mythical place called "Home". With Religion and other settlements helping and hurting her search, she ends up walking in the footsteps of the man who founded her settlement. How can two lives, separated by two centuries experience the same obstacles?
This is very in a very rough version, the spelling mistakes, and the plot and sentences will be refined before i call it a "Finished Draft." Please let me know what you think of the story, any and all are welcome :)

This story kind of explains why I have problems finishing stories, u have ideas then it like how do I make them not so cliché or cringe worthy. A short story with a semi finished ending, it leaves me a bit of wriggle room to add to, if I decide to. It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated.
