She was only twelve when she had to turn her sister in to the asylum.
Arsyn Etsy is her sister the one who killed her parents that tried to abandon them as kids.
Arsyn thought she was doing the right thing for them on the outside, but not on the inside.

Now that Arsyn gas broke out of the asylum she is gonna start a war between the right and the wrong against her sister.
