Whispering Woods ~ A Haunted Forest

The air in the Whispering Woods hung heavy and still, thick with the scent of damp earth and decaying leaves. Sunlight, fractured into shifting mosaics by the dense canopy, dappled the winding, barely discernible trail. Four friends-Bryan, the charismatic leader; Chloe, the pragmatic and observant; Sharon, the anxious and easily startled; and Cody, the adventurous and quick-witted-ventured into the ominous embrace of the forest, seeking the thrill of a haunted house experience. What began as a harmless Halloween adventure quickly twisted into a horrifying fight for survival, forcing them to confront their deepest fears as the woods themselves seemed to come alive with malevolent forces. The line between illusion and reality blurred, leaving them to question if this was merely an elaborate scare or a descent into a true nightmare.
