Evelyn O'Connor wasn't supposed to be in Sokovia. She disobeyed orders from the CIA and went to search for her missing fiancé, who was on a highly classified mission looking for a cyber threat. When she was kidnapped, she realized she was in a plot much thicker than she was ever expecting.
After being under for a few months, Bucky Barnes is pulled out and receives the the most distressing news yet: there's another Winter Soldier. One who's been created recently, and in the same fashion he was. He aids his friend Steve Rogers in finding her, but what they find out when they capture her is even worse...
She has no memories. At all.
