"I'm allergic to bullshit." ♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧ Maya Scoren is unique. But she's not the only one, there are nine others supposed to be besides her; two of which never made it past their mother's womb and one who's incompatible. What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way. They didn't expect her to change or to come back at all and they are having a HARD time adjusting to the new Maya. She's dangerous, she's hot and she knows it. She has done a lot in the past two years that will catch up to her and stuff after that which refuses to stay hidden. Controlling CEOs, sensitive boyfriend, an obssessed boss is just the tip of the iceberg. And I'm not even touching the problems at her school. Will all this unwanted attention put her in trouble? Author's note: this was my first story ever. It has no proper plot or story but it's fun to read! Also, lots of typos. And grammar mistakes. Tons of them. Tons. You have been warned. Mais, cachant ses propres aspirations, il se sent pris au piège entre son passé et son présent. Ils se connaissent depuis tout petits. Un jour, ils se rapprochèrent par l'aide d'une amie. Dans cette romance, vont se mélanger, amour, manque de confiance, et traumatismes.

"What do you mean?" I asked knowing that my heart is going to break soon. Knowing that what I hear won't be good but it will destroy me. My heart was beating so fast and my breathing was heavy. He turned and looked at me. Those green eyes would be the death of me. I knew it but I loved them so much I can't describe it. "You know what I want to say Ava. Don't make it more difficult than it is. Just leave." I felt tears running down my cheeks and my breathing became even heavier. I couldn't. I couldn't even think of the possibility of that, of loosing him, of him breaking me into pieces. I didn't want to think about it. I didn't. "Leave Ava!" he yelled and I flinched. He had never raised his voice like that to me before. "Now! What don't you understand? I don't want you here, I don't want you anymore. We were just having some fun and that's it. I don't want anything anymore so just leave. Life goes on you know, so do I." Ava Astley, a normal 20 year old girl who goes to college every day and loves painting. She is very talented. A girl that is in search of true love and tries to find the perfect boyfriend who is gonna steal her heart. She trusts people to much and se catches feelings too easily. What will happen when she starts to see her brother's best friend in another way, a way that is forbidden? Mateo Reves, a heartless man without feelings. Cold like ice. A businessman and a millionaire who has a lot of power in his hands and can destroy anyone who tries to give him problems. He always gets what he wants. As regards women, he just has some fun with them and that's all. Not dating, no feelings, no hangouts, just fun. But something starts to change when he sees his best friend's little sister who according to his best friend is off limits. However he has some secrets that must stay hidden forever... Le rugissement des moteurs résonnait dans tout le paddock. L'odeur d'essence brûlée, la chaleur des pneus, le fracas métallique des voitures... Kael Hyacinthe Donovan absorbait tout, mais rien ne l'atteignait vraiment. Trois ans. Trois ans qu'il vivait avec le fantôme de ce jour-là. Trois ans qu'il roulait pour oublier. Mais on ne peut pas fuir la culpabilité. Et maintenant, elle arrivait. Une silhouette calme mais déterminée, traversant le paddock comme si elle appartenait déjà à cet univers qu'il croyait connaître par cœur. Livia Kalfon. Pas de sourire, pas de mots inutiles, juste une présence qui semblait lire en lui. Kael sentit son cœur battre plus vite, et ce n'était pas la vitesse. Chaque pas qu'elle faisait le rapprochait d'une vérité qu'il n'était pas sûr de vouloir affronter. Une énigme, un danger silencieux. Et quelque chose dans ses yeux disait qu'elle n'était pas là par hasard. Il inspira profondément, essayant de se concentrer sur le bruit des pneus et le parfum de gomme brûlée.
