Beneath the shadow of an ancient mountain lies an entire civilization of Pokémon who were banished long ago, forced to survive in the caverns. To the Surface, they are rebels, exiles, and criminals. To themselves, they are survivors.
When Finch, an adventurous and free-spirited Jolteon from the Surface, is found half-dead in the caverns, his fate becomes entwined with Kuro, a careful and reserved Umbreon of the Underground. With time, the two slowly begin to realize that the line that separates their worlds is much thinner than they both were taught.
Invisible tethers quickly form between Kuro, Finch, and a cast of characters fed up with the society their ancestors have formed. This is the story of how their crossroads tore down the walls keeping these two worlds apart.
[Takes place in the same universe as There's Warmth in Ice, set in the far past; one similar to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.]

While both Flareon and Vaporeon had pretty shelterd childhoods, the same cannot be said for the other two who did everything in their power to provide for them. Things however, weren't meant to last, as shortly after evolving the Sylveon mysteriously disappeared without a trace. The story picks up two years later when unbeknownst to the three Eeveelutions one walk in the forest and the sudden reappearence of their brother would turn their world upside down. Join them in their new day-to-day lives filled with drama, heart break and dark secrets, but also laughs, good times and maybe, just maybe... love? (The story mainly follows the events of ES, with the addition of a Shiny Sylveon named Cloud, who sets in motion a chain of events that could reshape the multiverse as we know it.) There is more to Kalos than what meets the eye. Beneath the pristine surface of the region and the kingdom lie various concerns bubbling to the surface. Discrimination, harmful stereotypes, and dangerous Pokémon become quite noticeable over time.
