ㅤ𝓘𝑵 𝓦𝑯𝑰𝑪𝑯 Gracelyn thinks love does not exist,
only simple obsession with another. However the
arrival of Jess Mariano instates a feeling that lies
somewhere profound in her person.

This feeling finally acknowledged, is beaten down
into the soil of the earth, back into the grave site
with the stone labeled with the name of love. Jess
leaves, as well as the tiny hope that love is not a myth.

Later in college, Gracelyn is reminded how fun it is to
flirt with Jess, to have a want for him. However, the bitter
taste of the hurt he caused and and unsaid goodbye lingers
