Will Rodman manages to get Caesar out of the ape sanctuary like he promised, Caesar grows up with Will and Caroline and the last moments of Charles death, Will also somehow managed to get Muir Woods a No Go Safe Haven for the apes and make them intelligent by giving them the ALZ-112. Caesar decides to live with the apes and be their leader.
