Rowan returns to his all-boys school carrying a secret from summer camp: he kissed another boy. As he struggles with his identity and the fear of being exposed, he's forced into a new project with a nearby girls' school-alongside his best friend Hugo and Will, the class bully who seems to know too much. Just as Rowan's world begins to spiral with tension and unspoken truths, tragedy strikes: his quiet best friend John takes his own life, shattering the fragile balance of their year.
