Antoinette Del Prado, the only daughter of a former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, has to live with a senior military officer named Cornelius Navarro III in order to be safe from the threats of her father's enemies. He could protect her from any danger, but not from falling in love. She found herself smitten by the charms of her protector. However, Cornelius couldn't love her back because his heart belongs to his first love only.
