He struggles with an unrequited crush on the popular Jamia Nestor (who he has never even said a word to) and his broken family of an alcoholic mom, cheating dad, pothead brother, and weird little sister. After being convinced to sign up for a social media website called ChatterNet, he befriends a girl named April online. April soon consumes most of his time, creating a strong relationship between the two of them and damaging his real world social connections severely. When the possibility of being catfished occurs, Frank needs to get to the bottom of things. Frank Iero's senior year turns out to be full of lies, betrayal, and love. Gerard's parents are religious, they value their beliefs above their sons. But Gerard doesn't believe in such things. Gerard was different than all the other people his age. He always had been. They're one year apart and they're inseparable ... until something unexpected happens, leaving Frank crushed into a million pieces. It takes a while for that to happen though. Before it happens, Frank's life has a turn he didn't expect at all. He finally finds the love he's been looking for - a long time - and he can't believe he actually found it. A lot of crap happens after he meets his new love, but they find a way to get through it and successfully they do. Forgetting his past Frank tries to move on, it does take a lot of energy out of him considering he has IED and had a terrible childhood.
