The world fell into apocalypse. Not with zombies or nuclear fallout. Monsters. Creatures of the unknown. Beings with no eyes and grotesque grins. Humanoid, wearing suits and ties, with smiley-faced slim monsters whose "masks" open to reveal jaws filled with thousands of teeth. They are held back by chains of unknown metals. The humanoids have come to be known as The Grin, and the "pets" they keep on chains as Grinlings.
