"Can I tie you up?" She asks, her voice breathy and begging. Her eyes plead with me to say yes. I don't know how I couldn't.
"Only if you let me do the same a different time." I respond instead, making sure this isn't a heat of the moment thing. She looks me in the eyes, hers dark with an emotion I can't name.
"Deal." She says, working fast to remove my belt first. She removes my tie next, the red fabric looking almost sinister in the dark. With the two accessories in hand, she walks to the head of the bed.

Parts of those two stories do intervene and they share the same timeline. I suggest you read them both, but again it's not crucial for understanding each one of them.
