In need of a change after a failed engagement to her high school sweetheart, Beth took her father Bobby's advice to come to Los Angeles and work with him as station 118's communications liaison, which put her degree into good use and allowed her to be close to her father after they mended their relationship. Working in close quarters with family could be bad, but for Beth, it allows her to begin again and find a new purpose in life. Plus, who knows? She may even find love while she's at it. What lies ahead on Beth's journey? We'll find out.
