Percy gets betrayed by everyone at Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter. The gods are jealous of the growing power within him; the only ones who aren't jealous of him are his father, Poseidon, Hestia, Athena, Aphrodite, Artemis, and Hades.
When the gods and campers run him out of camp, and there is nowhere left for him to go, he ask for death, but before Zeus can comply Chaos steps in and ask poseidon if those that still believe Percy if they would like to adopt percy and give him there blessings and then chaos ask if him and his family could adopt percy and give him their blessings.
