Harry Styles 15 lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. He makes straight A's and his best friend is Niall Horan. He's always been a loner and never really fit in with anyone his own age, or anyone at all. He is a hopeless romantic at heart even though he's never had a boyfriend. That's another thing...he's gay and he gets bullied for it daily.
One day Niall convinces him to try some magic trick he found online that is supposed to show you your soul mate. Harry remains skeptical but he agrees and life just gets more complicated after that. Harry is transported through time as well as across the globe and ends up in 1865 London. He keeps thinking he's dreaming especially when he meets a special boy, Louis Tomlinson. Louis also has secrets that no one knows but the boys feel a pull toward each other like neither has ever felt.

Many give up, or accept the fact it is a mystery that may not be solved. What is a soul mate tattoo, you may ask? Well, it's a tattoo that is completely permanent and painless. You see, it's a tattoo that shows up on your right wrist, anytime between ages thirteen and fifteen, though, rarely, it may show up as late as your eighteenth birthday. It says your soul mate's first name and last initial. No further information. Some people wait their entire lives to find their mate. Some die without ever knowing. @zpanacea sent me this suggestion: Harry is a painter. The time comes when he can't paint because he lost inspiration and can't get himself to paint. When he was trying to paint again, he let his hand do the work. He looked at the finished product of his painting, it shows a lad smiling at him with ocean-blue eyes, and like beckoning him to be with him. When he touches the painting he got sucked in and finds himself in an unfamiliar living room with toys scattered all around (which is the Tomlinson's residence). Alright, I tried to keep to the main idea but I had to make some changes to make the story work. Harry is a painter and after waking up with a dream fresh in his mind he paints the boy in his dream.
