Synopsis Elian has always walked the thin edge between sleep and waking. Born with the forbidden gift to step inside the dreams of others, he treats it as a secret refuge-a place where he can scatter nightmares, weave comfort, and whisper hope into restless minds. But gifts such as his are never without cost. Lately, the village has begun to change. Friends awaken with memories they never lived. Strangers claim to have shared the same impossible dreams. And in the dead of night, Elian begins to see cracks in the fabric of reality-shadows that slip through when no one is watching. What should have been harmless illusions now leave scars that linger long after morning light. When a cloaked order arrives, seeking dreamwalkers to harness their power, Elian learns that he is not alone-and that his ability is far more dangerous than he imagined. The dream-realm, vast and hungry, is bleeding into the waking world, and every choice he makes within it ripples outward like a storm. To save his people, Elian must descend deeper into the labyrinth of dreams than he ever dared, where time unravels, voices whisper lies, and nightmares wear the faces of those he loves most. But as reality bends and fractures around him, one question haunts his every step: what if the world he is trying to protect is only another dream-and he is the one who needs to wake? Linger

Ira has always lived slightly out of sync with the world. A 27-year-old artist drifting between rejection emails and half-finished sketches, she's grown used to the quiet ache under her skin - that feeling something important is just out of reach. Her days blur into lukewarm coffee, too-loud clocks, and dreams she can't quite shake. Dreams of black sand, twin moons, and a boy with storm-colored eyes who seems to remember her. When a strange mark begins to glow on her wrist - delicate, crescent-shaped, and definitely not a birthmark - Ira writes it off as stress. Lack of sleep. Maybe delusion. Until she sees him. In the metro station. On the page. At her door. A man who shouldn't exist outside her sketchbook - but stands in her living room with a voice like silk and eyes like the end of the world. He doesn't tell her his name. Not right away. And when he does, it tastes like something she was never supposed to remember. Rei. As her memories begin to blur with dreams, and the world starts glitching around her - Ira is forced to question everything. Familiar people vanish. Reality slips. And every line she draws pulls her closer to a truth her body remembers... even if her mind has tried to forget. There are gaps in her past that don't make sense. A childhood disappearance no one explains. A voice she's heard before, whispering from somewhere behind the veil. And a pattern of disappearances that all seem to follow in her wake. Because Ira isn't just remembering Rei. She's waking something older. And it's waking her back. Linger is a slow-burn romantic mystery woven with fantasy, memory, and myth. It's about the soft terror of forgetting, the sharp intimacy of being seen, and the aching pull of a connection that defies logic, distance, and time. Some doors, once opened, don't close quietly. And some names, once spoken, can't be taken back.
