Disclaimer
This is a fan fiction story based on the "Crimson Echoes" event from the game Azur Lane. The universe, characters and original material belong to their respective creators, Manjuu and Yongshi.
The story is an adaptation and expansion of the lore that was presented at that event. My intention is to explore the setting and plot of the way I imagined it when I played it.
NOTE: These projects are purely for the love of art, and I am focusing on my solo creative vision. As such, I am not currently looking for collaborations with other artists or authors. While I appreciate all inquiries, I will not be able to respond to partnership messages.
With the above clarified, I hope you enjoy the story that I have created.
"Even when the sea falls silent, the echoes of the past still resound."
The Sakura Empire stands at a crossroads. The age of mighty battleships is waning, and a new era rises - one heralded by the thunder of aircraft carriers. Yet within this tide of change, the weight of tradition, sacrifice, and unspoken bonds refuses to fade.
At the heart of this story lies Amagi, a battlecruiser whose frail body conceals an indomitable will. Her love for her sister Akagi, her faith in Kaga, and her vision for the Empire's future drive her to defy fate itself. But every choice carries a cost.
As the Sirens twist reality through Mirror Seas and treaties threaten to dismantle the fleet, Kaga and Akagi must rise from the shadow of their past. Between loyalty and despair, strength and weakness, they are left with a single truth: the path forward demands both sacrifice and resolve.
Crimson Echoes is a tale of memory and legacy, of fleeting moments and eternal bonds. A story where steel and will intertwine, and where even the weakest flame can ignite the dawn of a new era.
