Selenite, a high-ranking gem in both public and personal service to Blue Diamond, took great pride in her home planet, her status, and the Diamond she served. A gem unlike any other, she was the keeper of archives containing crucial data about colonies and Diamond meetings. She took part in trials and trained like the Essonites, in order to defend the Diamonds and their authority.
One day, however, during a meeting about the colonization of Earth, she began to take notice of Pink Diamond's second Pearl. From that moment on, Selenite would become lost between her love for Pearl and a deep wound inflicted by her original Diamond, Blue Diamond.

I do not own Steven universe. This story follows a girl who was taken by homeworld and worked on as an experiment. She was taken at a young age and turned into a half gem half human on accident. She stowed away on Peridot's ship to see the world she came from. She has grown some and changed alot since she had last been at her home, but she can't help but see a familiar face and fall in love with someone she just met when she comes back. She doesn't try to live in the past but she doesn't want to live without those who use to be in it.
