Dylan is addicted to MuscleX, an illegal substance that unnaturally enlarges his body. What initially seems like a source of strength quickly turns into a nightmare: his muscles swell to unbearable proportions, his skin stretches to the breaking point, and every movement causes pain. Yet he cannot stop; the urge for more is stronger than the fear of destruction. His obsession with Anwil, who observes him with cold fascination, intensifies his addiction and blurs the line between love, desire, and dependence. Ultimately, Dylan reaches his breaking point, falling, bleeding, and screaming as he transforms further into a monstrous mass.
