Maddie and Julian have known each other all their lives. Best friends since childhood, inseparable, confident in every small and big decision. But when Julian leaves for a football camp for a year, everything changes. Suddenly there is this gap, the years of familiarity as if blown away - they hardly hear from each other anymore, only small fragments of conversations of their parents keep the memory alive.

Now, a year later, Julian is back. And with him all the feelings that Maddie couldn't let go of - the heart palpitations, the familiar looks, the unspoken words. As the summer at the lake slowly passes, they meet again, laugh, argue, rediscover themselves - and realize that the bond between them is stronger than they ever thought.

A story of memory, distance, and finding your way back. Thirteen-year-old Salem is wild, wary, and far too familiar with loneliness. Growing up in a weathered trailer park tucked along the shores of a sleepy lake town in Maine, her days are ruled by her absent mother, her alcoholic father, and the freedom she carves for herself between the pine trees and cracked pavement. Everything changes the summer a wealthy family from New York buys the long-abandoned lakeside manor. With them comes Connell-polite, preppy, and completely out of place. Salem wants nothing to do with him. Neither do the other kids. But Connell, quiet and sincere, doesn't give up. And when Salem finally lets him in, a bond forms-unexpected, magnetic, and lasting. Each summer he returns, and each summer their friendship deepens, tracing the years from adolescence to adulthood in a rhythm all their own. But with Salem's troubled home life threatening to pull her under, and Connell's life of privilege drawing him toward a world far beyond their town, love is never simple. Misunderstandings, mistakes, and the distance of growing up test the fragile thread that ties them together. Still, summer after summer, they find each other. Told in vignettes of sun-drenched days, stolen kisses, and hard truths, All the Summers in Between is a poignant coming-of-age love story about the people who shape us, the places we never forget, and the kind of connection that survives everything in between.

They grew up on the same street. Jude was the boy who always carried a camera around his neck, and Jules was the girl who painted everything she couldn't say. Their friendship started with laughter shared snacks after school, afternoons spent chasing sunsets, and long walks home where their shadows always touched before their hands ever did. At sixteen, they both discovered something unspoken. The kind of pull that made ordinary moments feel cinematic the way he'd brush paint off her cheek, or she'd fix his collar before a photograph. Neither of them called it love, but everyone around could feel it humming quietly. Then came the summer that changed everything. Jude's parents moved away suddenly a new job, a new city. They promised to write, to call, to never forget. But time happened numbers changed, addresses got lost, and life moved faster than they could hold on. Years passed. Jules poured herself into her art her canvases became her diary. Jude built a name for himself in travel photography every frame a silent search for something familiar he couldn't name. Neither of them knew that the other still looked for pieces of their old laughter in strangers. Now, ten years later, fate quietly folds the distance between them. Her art exhibition Between Quiet and Gold opens in the city where he now freelances. He doesn't plan to go at first. But one photo he took an old sketch he kept from her pulls him in. And suddenly, there he is, standing in a room filled with her colors, realizing she has been painting him all along.
