When Thrawn, a rising Chiss commander, keeps encountering the mysterious human and ex-jedi Liese, suspicion turns into obsession, bluring the line between enemies and friends. In the shadows of the Ascendancy, every meeting risks unraveling both their feelings, and especially his control. ** This story will be long, slow burn and angst interspersed with all six of Thrawn's canon books. Well, a slow burn in my style, with bits of naughtiness along the way. This is my first time writing a character as difficult as Thrawn. I hope you enjoy it.
