The Truth in Fear

Desirae was placed under an ancient curse by her older sister in order to save her from some unnamed evil that killed her family when she was eight.

By placing a chain around her neck she is forced to do the bidding of the one who claims her, a small metal plate around her neck, has the ashes of an ancient herb called wolfsbane mixed within in causing her to become a dog forever, until she can find someone to take it away.

Desirae has lived nine long years as a common hunting dog in a rich mans stable.

Her master is a cruel, heartless man who believes animals have no feelings.

He treats her harshly and feeds her very little.

The only kindness she is shown is by the masters young son, Darien.

When the master goes missing in the woods during a hunting trip, leaving Desirae behind,  it is up to her and Darien to rescue him.

With so much time together will Darien finally realize her secret, that Desirae is really a girl trapped in a dogs fur, or will she be cursed forever.All Rights Reserved
